Cub Scouts

Cub Scouting involves parents in a program that will teach your child something he will use throughout his life. Every activity is specially designed for your child’s age, development and personal needs. It will give him a feeling of belonging to a positive and fun group of boys and caring adults.  The organization helps young boys to develop good values that will help him grow and make good decisions.

Girl Scouts

The Girl Scout troops at St. Joseph Parish are part of a worldwide organization that builds members’ leadership skills through personal development.  Girls are provided opportunities to explore new interests, develop skills and interact with others.  They develop an attitude of good citizenship and recognize the importance and benefits of service to others.  Girls from K through grade 12 meet once a week in age appropriate groups from September through April.  Members of the leadership are responsible for planning and directing the weekly meetings of girls. Additional leaders are needed for the leadership team that provides adults with opportunities to build a stronger bond with their own children, as well as providing a positive influence to other children who are the future of our parish community.
