Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith (F3) is a fitness and fellowship group with a mission to inspire male community leadership. The program is open to all men, regardless of fitness level or physical ability (those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult). It is peer-led, free of charge, and always held outdoors. F3 meets on Saturday mornings from 7–8 AM at Kids Kingdom.
