The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) is an eight to nine month in-depth course of study required for those adults desiring to become Catholic. The study encompasses the adult catechism and a review of the traditions of the Church. The course is also open to those desiring to learn more about the faith, even those who are already Catholic! Weekly classes, lasting approximately two hours (7–9 PM), are conducted from September through April on Thursday evenings. Class preparation includes 1-1½ hours of study. To inquire about joining the class or helping out the team, please contact the OCIA Coordinator.
